Behavior Management Strategies

Note: The behavioral methods that we teach are helpful for all children, regardless of diagnosis. If you've come here looking for help with challenging behaviors our methods are not disability-specific. We have worked with parents and educators of children with many different diagnoses, and many with no diagnosis at all.

We consult with families and schools concerning kids with challenging behaviors. We teach a 6-week (or 2-Saturdays, depending on location)  course titled "Helping the Behaviorally Challenging Child," which has helped scores of families and educators make remarkable positive changes at home and at school. Support for Autism Spectrum Conditions & ADHD

School Meetings

It's a good idea to take someone to a school meeting with you - someone who knows about your child's unique needs and can advocate for you and your child during the meeting. We've helped many families change their child's educational situation for the better through attending IEPs and helping to bring about small and large changes for the student.
